No pasting on channel

If you want to show code, do it with a paste bin.

Pastes on channel disrupt the conversations. Even when there is none, it makes the old ones scroll back a parsec.
Pastes on channel cannot be easily copy&pasted to an editor and compiled. C++ is a complex language, and no one can parse and compile and link all the stuff in their heads. Even the gurus have to try stuff sometimes.
With on-going conversation, it is difficult to look at the code and discuss it at the same time, since it scrolls. See the first point.
